These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the Huton Paris website, located at Corkstraat 46, Rotterdam, accessible via info@huton-paris.com

1. Applicability

By placing an order on the Huton Paris website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product information

We do our utmost to describe our products as accurately as possible and to provide up-to-date information.
Nevertheless, typing errors, colour deviations or minor inaccuracies may occur. Huton Paris reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed after receipt of full payment.
The available payment methods (such as debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) may vary from country to country.
Customers are responsible for checking which payment options are available in their region.

4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same working day, except on public holidays or in special circumstances.
  • Delivery time: On average, 2 to 5 working days after processing, depending on the destination (excluding public holidays).
  • Deliveries are made via our logistics partners within Europe.
  • Huton Paris is not liable for delays caused by third parties, force majeure or exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, weather conditions or pandemics).


5. Returns and Cancellations

6. Liability

Huton Paris is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Therefore, always carefully check the delivery address you have entered before placing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Huton Paris website – including texts, photos, logos, designs and other materials – is the property of Huton and may not be copied, distributed or reused without written permission.

8. Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@huton-paris.com.
We aim to respond within 5 working days and work with you to find a suitable solution.

9. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
