Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next working day.
During public holidays or special circumstances, the processing time may vary.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
During busy periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
We do our utmost to deliver every order within this period.

Shipping method and origin

Our products are shipped via reliable logistics partners within Europe, depending on the type of product and stock location.
As a result, some orders can be delivered directly from our international suppliers in Italy, Germany, Sweden and other European warehouses.
All shipments are provided with a track & trace code, so you can easily follow your order.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically displayed at checkout.
These depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping type.

Responsibility upon shipment

Once the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility lies with the customer.
