Return policy
At Huton Paris, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for returns
You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted.
Return process
Register your return via info@huton-paris.com, stating the item you wish to return.
After your notification, you will receive a return label from us that you can use to return the product.
If you wish to return multiple items, you may receive a separate return label for each item. This is because some products are returned to different warehouses.
Depending on the size of the order and which items are being returned, return costs may be charged.
If this applies, you will be informed in advance and the amount will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.
Refunds
After receipt and approval of the returned items, the purchase amount — minus any return costs — will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
Huton Paris is not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
