Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Huton Paris – International Fashion Webshop

Are you a strong communicator and eager to work in a modern, international fashion company?

Huton Paris is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can support customers in a friendly, professional and solution-oriented way — fully online and remote.

✨ Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (orders, returns, shipping, product information).
  • Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Review and process return requests and refunds according to Huton policies.
  • Communicate with logistics partners and suppliers regarding shipments and deliveries.
  • Report recurring issues or customer trends to the management team.
  • Work with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Outlook, and Google Sheets.

✨ Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong computer skills; accurate, organised and efficient.
  • Availability of 36 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible).
