Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Huton Paris – International Fashion Webshop
Are you a strong communicator and eager to work in a modern, international fashion company?
Huton Paris is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can support customers in a friendly, professional and solution-oriented way — fully online and remote.
✨ Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (orders, returns, shipping, product information).
- Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Review and process return requests and refunds according to Huton policies.
- Communicate with logistics partners and suppliers regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Report recurring issues or customer trends to the management team.
- Work with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
✨ Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong computer skills; accurate, organised and efficient.
- Availability of 36 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible).
